On-Demand vs. Membership: Why Pay-As-You-Go Pilates Might Be Right for You

Not everyone wants another subscription. If you already have enough monthly payments to keep track of, or you're just not sure yet whether a full programme is right for you, there's a simpler way to try Pilates on this site: on-demand.

What "on-demand" actually means here

On-demand classes are a straightforward pay-as-you-go rental, not a subscription. You choose a single class, pay once, and get 48 hours of access to watch and follow along, as many times as you like in that window. There's no ongoing commitment, no monthly charge, and nothing to remember to cancel.

Who this suits

On-demand is a good fit if:

  • Your schedule is unpredictable and a fixed weekly class or programme doesn't work for you

  • You want to try a class before committing to something bigger, like the Pregnancy Pilates Programme or a reformer bundle

  • You like variety and want to pick a different style of class each time, rather than following one fixed plan

  • You're mindful of budget and would rather pay only for what you use

What it costs

Pricing is simple and transparent: mat classes are £5 each, and equipment classes (reformer, Cadillac, spine corrector, Wunda Chair) range from £8 to £10 depending on length. No hidden fees, no sign-up required beyond creating a free account to make a purchase.

Where to start

If you're new to on-demand, browse the full class library here, or go straight to mat classes if you don't have equipment at home, or equipment classes if you do.

There's no wrong way in — just pick a class that fits your day, and go from there.
