Welcome to the Pregnancy Pilates Programme. 

Filmed throughout my second pregnancy, this programme helped me to stay active, mobile, and strong.

 

The programme begins with 8 tutorials to familiarise yourself with the fundamentals of Pilates as well as beneficial techniques and skills to support an empowered at home prenatal practice. These tutorials can be completed during your first, second or third trimester.

 

Following the tutorials there are 27 full length classes, varying from traditional Pilates workouts, low impact cardiovascular exercise, and feel good stretch sessions. Each class is dedicated to a specific week of pregnancy, between weeks 14-40, that can be repeated as many times as you like.

The programme can be purchased as a whole or in two halves (second or third trimester). The tutorials are included in all purchase options. To find out more, read how it works below, sample a taster tutorial, or email hello@gracehurry.com if you have further questions.

  • Is this a one off payment?
    Yes! Once you have made payment for the subscription of your choice you have access to it for the allotted amount of time as specified on your confirmation email.
  • Do I receive all classes and tutorials at once?
    Yes, you will receive all tutorials and classes at once and be able to access these as many times as you wish throughout your subscription.
  • Do I need props and equipment?
    There are a few props which are essential to invest in, others can be found around the house! 1. Mat A yoga or Pilates mat will work. If using a yoga mat you may want to double up or place it on carpet/a rug for better comfort. 2. 90cm Foam Roller We use the long foam roller during the tutorials, for release work, as well as the workouts. 3. 65/75cm Big Ball*. The big ball is used in the Third Trimester only. It is a fantastic tool during birth preparation and labour too. *If you are under 165cm tall then choose 65cm, if you are over choose 75cm. 4. Light weights/full water bottles/tin cans. Each weight should be 1kg or less depending on how challenging you’d like the work to be! 5. Cushions. We use these for support, and I find having two sofa cushions, and one bed pillow works best. 6. Dining chair. A standard chair placed on a mat for grip.
  • Can I repeat classes?
    Yes! The programme is designed so classes can be repeated throughout your pregnancy. Return to your favourites whenever you fancy!
  • Should tutorials and classes be completed in a specific order?
    The tutorials should initially be completed in the order 1 - 8, but once you've completed them, feel free to go back and try them again. Similarly, the classes are designed so that they build one on top of the other, but if you want to go back and repeat anything, please feel free!
  • What are the physical guideline activities for pregnant people?
    You can find the official guidelines for the physical activity for pregnant women below, as advised by the UK government.
  • What are the T&Cs of purchase?
    Once you have chosen your plan, you are unable to cancel unless due to extenuating circumstances. Please contact hello@gracehurry.com if you feel you are entitled to a refund.
  • I can't access my programme. What do I do?
    Once you have made your payment, there are 2 ways that you can access your subscription: A) You will receive an email to the address you set the account up with (make sure to check your junk!). This email will have a link to the subscription and will be available to play straight away. You just have to make sure you are logged into the website on whichever device you would like to play the video from. B) Return to the website, make sure that you are logged in by checking the top left corner. Head to either the Full Programme, Second Trimester or Third Trimester page and the videos will have only a play button on it. Press this and get practising! If the above two options haven't worked, then we recommend: - Double checking you are definitely logged in to the website. You will be able to tell because the button on the top left corner will either say "Log In" or the username you created when you set up your account. If it's the former, press that button and log in using your details. - If you are definitely logged in using the same details then double check the payment went through (sometimes PayPal can be a little bit funny!) - Double check that your subscription has not expired. - If none of those options are the case then email hello@gracehurry.com and we will do our best to troubleshoot or offer a refund.
  • How do I get in touch?

  • Do I have to subscribe?
    No! Our classes here are pay as you go, meaning it's a one off purchase that entitles you to rent the class for 48 hours. You do need an account in order to make a purchase.
  • How long do I have access to the class for?
    You'll have access to the class you have purchased for 48 hours. You can use it as frequently as you like during this time.
  • Do I need props for mat classes?
    It depends! Some classes require props, for others all you need is yourself and a space big enough to practise in. We do recommend using a mat to ensure appropriate padding - this can be a yoga or Pilates mat, or even a towel.
  • How much to classes cost?
    Classes range in pricing. All mat classes are £5.00 Equipment classes between 30 - 45 mins are £8.00 Equipment classes between 45 mins - 1 hour are £10.00
  • I can't access my class. What do I do?
    Once you have made your payment, there are 2 ways that you can access your video over the next 48 hours: A) You will receive an email to the address you set the account up with (make sure to check your junk!). This email will have a link to the class that you have purchased and will be available to play straight away. You just have to make sure you are logged into the website on whichever device you would like to play the video from. B) Return to the website, make sure that you are logged in by checking the top left corner. Head to the On Demand and the video you purchased will have only a play button on it. Press this and get practicing! If the above two options haven't worked, then we recommend: - Double checking you are definitely logged in to the website. You will be able to tell because the button on the top left corner will either say "Log In" or the username you created when you set up your account.
