TEASER STRATEGIES
Welcome to the Teaser Strategies Programme!
This programme includes a short tutorial and three 20 minute mat classes focusing on the key ingredients needed to achieve the infamous Pilates Teaser!
The classes progress through funamental, intermediate and advanced exercises, all with the same objectives; hamstring flexibility, spinal mobility in flexion, hip flexor and abdominal strength, plus some bonus upper back work!
You will need a bench/chair/pile of cushions as a prop for the programme.
