20 MINUTE MAT CHALLENGE
Welcome to the 20 Minute Mat Challenge!
This 7 day programme requires only your mat - no props necessary! We'll be using body weight combined with the techniques and principles of Pilates to create incredibly effective workouts.
Each day focuses on specific muscle groups in order to overload and build strength and endurance in the targeted areas.
This challenge aims to be as accessible as possible. All you need is 20 minutes per day, and your mat! Thanks for joining me!
