20 MINUTE TOWER CHALLENGE

Welcome to the 20 Minute Tower or Cadillac Challenge!

Over seven classes, we are going to explore this incredible piece of equipment. Each session focuses on specific muscle groups or joints, using a mixture of classical and contemporary Pilates variations.

 

With the 20 Minute Tower Challenge, you will have access to the seven classes for a whole month so you can explore and progress through the sessions and discover new details with each repetition.
