Or you can subscribe to my Pregnancy Pilates Programme, with 8 tutorials and 27 workouts, to help your body stay mobile and strong throughout your pregnancy.

A bit about me...

I'm from the UK and first fell in love with movement when I started ballet at the age of 2! Aged 11 I was accepted to full time ballet school where, alongside ballet training, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Pilates. From then on Pilates became an integral part of my dance training, career and life.

Following my career as a professional ballet dancer, I chose to get my official Pilates qualifications and was certified through the Pilates Method Alliance, and Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates. I was fortunate enough to be Faculty for BASI Pilates from 2018 until 2023.


I have taught Pilates in various settings focusing on rehabilitation in sports medicine clinics, in fun, bustling Pilates studios, and on retreats around the world. Now I teach private clients in my studio in the Channel Islands and also run my On Demand studio here at All this whilst trying to keep up with my hilarious three year old daughter and gorgeous baby boy. Since having children, I have also had a huge interest in pre and post natal exercise. This has led me to develop my very own programme which you can find here on my website.


Through my work I endeavour to find a balance between the precision required to make positive changes in alignment, strength and mobility, whilst drawing from my dance background to create fun and explorative movement experiences for clients.
